Bring Jenny Gleeson's Building Blocks of Personality Dimensions® to your business! If you're feeling the sting of low staff retention, and spending vital resources on retraining and rehiring, there's probably a problem with your work culture. In a three to four-hour workshop, your team will learn how to communicate, encourage and get the most out of each other, using the latest personality profiling tool; Personality Dimensions®. Teams will participate in engaging, FUN, hands-on activities to discover more about themselves and those around around them, to create an environment of understanding and respect. At the end of this half-day workshop, all team members will know if they're more of an Orange, Gold, Blue or Green personality, and what exactly that means when it comes to their work habits. This is all achieved in an interactive and open environment, incorporating hands-on activities, individual reflections, small group and whole of group activities.
