School Immersion Package
A four-day course for teachers, with a term by term follow up.
We offer bespoke packages based on what your school needs to support it with student wellness, career development, creating a common language between all members of the school (including parents/guardians) and leadership and development for all. The School Immersion Package starts with selected Teachers understanding themselves through Personality. Day One: Self Exploration and Understanding - ½ Day Building Blocks of Personality Dimensions - ½ Day Personal Wellness and Communication: How I Show Up in the World Day Two: Class Exploration and Understanding - ½ Day Immersion Activities – looking through the lens of each colour - ½ Self Reflection Activities – what are you doing well? What can you introduce? How do your students show up in the world? Day Three: Introduction to the Toolkit of Colours - ½ Day Deep Dive into engaging activities relevant for each colour type - ½ Day What to do if everything goes Pear Shaped Day Four: School Exploration and Understanding - ½ Day How to implement Personality Dimensions across the school - ½ Day How to measure wellbeing and success using Personality Dimensions Term by Term: Once select Teachers have completed the above, they will receive ongoing, intensive support to implement Personality Dimensions across the school for a discussed period of time.
