Behind every great woman (and great idea) is a team of equally brilliant partners to help spread the word!

In 2022 I have partnered with five WA businesses who want to see people succeed, and who want to share Personality Dimensions® as much as I do. â€‹

Deb is one of our newest Level I Personality Dimensions Facilitators.

Her consulting business, Parenting Ways, offers support for parents with children of all ages. Deb specialises in working with parents who may be struggling to help their child self-regulate their emotions, assisting them strengthen their relationship with their child, and discovering new ways to connect with them.

She sees Personality Dimensions as an additional and invaluable tool in which to achieve a greater, deeper sense of connection between children and those who care for them.

"I have always known that temperament plays a huge part in parenting but now I know about personalities, the four Personality Dimensions colours and how this impacts us from birth, I feel this is the missing link in all interactions but especially the ones between parents and their children (behaviours). I am very much looking forward to passing this knowledge on."
